  • We ask you to fill a health form for our reference which lists out your limitations.
  • We analyse your body structure/ body type and fitness levels.
  • We create a customized workout schedule for you as per your requirement and goals.
  • We advise you on diet and your eating schedule.
  • Assign you a Personal Trainer as per your requirement.
  • We monitor you on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Our lead trainer will work closely with your personal trainer and revisit the schedule monthly to ensure impact.
  • We keep you measured so that you know the impact.
  • Set short goals and help you achieve them quickly.
  • Our program lead from the company will take consistent feedback on impact of the workout on health, diet and fitness to ensure a smooth session with us.
  • Achieve goal and move to the next.
