- Assign you a Personal Trainer as per your requirement.
- We monitor you on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Our lead trainer will work closely with your personal trainer and revisit the schedule monthly to ensure impact.
- We keep you measured so that you know the impact.
- Set short goals and help you achieve them quickly.
- Our program lead from the company will take consistent feedback on impact of the workout on health, diet and fitness to ensure a smooth session with us.
